COVID19 Update 4/24/2020: Village Showroom Re-opens By Appointment Only

The Village Home Stores showroom is now open by appointment.  We are all adjusting. The Village team is taking safe steps to become available for our customers. Like many of you, our work/home balance looks very different than it did months ago. We hope your households are all adjusting as best as you can. Our thanks to everyone working hard to keep us safe and healthy currently. On that note, we are happy to tell you that Village Home Stores is open for business following the CDC guidelines and the most recent executive order by the governor.  The Village showroom is now open by appointment only.  We will be keeping available appointment slots limited to keep the number of people in our showroom down to allow for better distancing.  These appointment slots and steps are to protect our customers and our staff.

When attending your appointment, please be prepared and wear a mask to follow the latest requirements in public places, including stores like ours.  Our staff will also be wearing a mask as they meet with you.  We also will ask you to sanitize your hands and wear gloves that we will provide should you want to touch samples or products. Don’t have a mask? No worries! We will provide a brand-new mask for you to keep made by hand from one of our own Village staff members Kelly (Yay! Kelly you are amazing!)

Still not comfortable visiting the showroom? That is okay as we are still open online and available via webchat, email or phone M-F 9am – 5pm.  At this time, our showroom will be closed on Saturdays.  Our customers have chosen to work with us over the years because of our exceptional customer service and our always-evolving process. Recently that process looks more different than we could have ever expected. In the past few weeks we have found that our designers are able to complete a lot of our design and estimating steps for you without or with limited face-to-face contact. Now is still a great time to start your project with us. Our team is just a message away if you need us. Essential Services of Delivery and Appliance Service Are Still Opperating!

Per instruction from the executive order, we will continue to provide essential services such as product delivery and appliance service to homes that are following CDC guidelines for sanitation.   Our service and delivery staff will sanitize both themselves and their tools before entry and upon leaving each home.   Our team will wear masks, maintain a 6-foot distance from all customers and request that customers respect the safe social distance as well.  A detailed explanation of some of the questions our service dispatch team will be asking for the protection of our staff and other customers can be found here in the public published notes of our Facebook page. We appreciate the strong support that the community has shown our business and look forward to getting past this challenging time and serving your home improvement needs in the months and years ahead.   We pray that each of you remains healthy and safe.  Our team is just a message away.
